SUM UP

Today a friend of mine told me to describe my day so far in 3 words. This confused me at first because i find it so difficult to summaries things. My answer was; painful / rushed / caffeinated. This being because I was rushed to do many things at once, I went to the gym the day before and feeling tender because of it and I managed to wake up with the aid of coffee and the caffeine in it. 

This gave me an idea, could you sum up everyday things in just 3 words? In rder to grasp the idea of something with very little information.

grey / cloudy / dull

blue / sunny / beautiful

big / fat / bully

rains a lot

I decided to go to the science section of the library and read some complex stuff that i don't understand and see if a novice like me can sum it up.

My Feet and the FLoor...continued

An update on this project.

it's becoming a part of a book i am creating.

FEET

smelly/dirty/worn out/worn in/broken/crooked/oversized big toes/toe nails/

socks/smelly socks/holey socks/monday socks/stripey/ all colours and patterns/slogans/cover my feet/keep me warm

Shoes/walking/running/hiking/climbing/lounging/climbing/driving/diving

"i will walk 500 miles, ahn i would walk 500 more" - the proclaimers

you'd have bloody wrecked feet if you did mate.

My feet carry me wherever i want to go, up hills, down hills, across dancefloors and into taxis.

They are the understated body parts, some people have phobias about their own feet, some people paint their toenails and look after them. Some dress their feet up with fancy shoes.

one day, i just looked down, to see what my feet where doing. what surface lied underneath them. What did the ground say about where i'd been, what i did?

Surfaces we cross have many different variations to them. some make sounds that are amusing, the squeak on vinyl, the slap on concrete.

I sometimes match the rhythm of other peoples steps, i use the sound their feet make on the floor and what i see to help me synchronize. Our sounds combine, make a beautiful chorus of feet.

This one is amazing. The epic amount of words to be animated and thought of. an idea for each one and an idea for the musical parts and how they'd be represented. Some of my favorite parts where the guess who game, the slinky, the ice cubes, the sound part that is burnt. it's all goooooooddd.

Wonderful Dreamy music video

This is an amazingly dreamy song that transports me to a dream land. The video is equally dreamy and I love the use of light and colour.  The backgrounds, everything is amazing. At first I thought the singing hands were just daft and took the piss abit but after a while I loved them, they made me laugh and think of all kinds of wacky things.

The director is 'Kris Moyes'
